This tool enables users of testingonline.org  to download subscribed tests and take it offline (without internet connection). Users of testingonline can download this tool for free.  

Based on the test status, it allows user to download and take the test offline. i.e. once user has synchronized the subscription data and downloaded the test, they can take that test offline anytime without internet connection.

Installation Instruction
This version of application will work on Microsoft operating systems. This application requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and Internet Explorer to be installed in the machine.
